long day

Well, we went to church this morning and Taden walked the whole way by himself :) This might not sound like a big deal, but it's definitly a big deal for Taden since he's always been in a stroller up until now :) (Not that we won't still use the stroller) This was his 2nd time to walk that far and he did great and stuck to the sidewalk for the most part too! He picked a weed near the beginning of our walk and carried it all the way to church and all the way into nursery :) After church we came home and had lunch, put Tae down for a nap, relaxed, and then went up tp Lansing to look for a dress for me for my brother's wedding. From there we went directly to our friend's house for supper and then home again around 8:30pm. ***Just a side note, when we got home tonight, Scott noticed our new grass that we planted popped thru today and there's lots of it! We've been watering and waiting for it to come and waiting and waiting and it's finally starting! Literally I think that grass sprouted in just a few hours because it wasn't there yesterday! Amazing how God causes things to grow! Scott said it was the rain that made it grow (we got our first rain last night since planting the seed - that's the best "miracle grow" ever!) :0) *** To continue with my count of our day....I Gave Tae a bath as he was quite dirty from playing out side tonight, then Scott put him down for the night. I did a few other things, and made a phone call and then sat down to relax with Scott. It's now 10pm, and we've had a good day, but we're both TIRED. Goodnight! :)
